More Than Just Exercise

Today's kids spend more time sitting and less time moving than ever before. Many kids struggle with confidence, coordination, balance, and physical activity; not because they lack potential, but because they have never been taught the fundamentals of movement.

Youth Foundations is perfect for children ages 9–12 who:

No previous fitness experience is required.

Program Schedule
