Meet Your Coach, Shanteria Lewis

After spending years working in support of government programs in the Information Technology and Records Management space, I felt a clear calling from the Lord to step into work that more directly serves people and improves daily quality of life. It wasn’t a career shift I had planned, but one I wanted to be obedient to.

My passion for health, fitness, and wellness has been part of my life for nearly 15 years, beginning when I joined the military. What started as personal discipline eventually became a way of caring for myself, my family, staying strong, and understanding how movement affects long-term wellbeing.

PTology™ was created from the belief that physical training is not just exercise, it is a vital part of holistic healthcare. I focus on helping individuals move more comfortably, build practical strength, and maintain greater independence through safe, supportive training. I also believe movement and nutrition, when introduced early in life, have the power to reduce chronic illness as we age and prevent many health challenges altogether.

If you’re looking for a more practical, supportive path toward healthier living or simply want a starting point, I’d love to connect and walk alongside you.

We Provide More Than a Fitness Program

We know every age comes with its own story: growing bodies that need guidance, aging bodies carrying stress and imbalance, and hurting bodies navigating discomfort, medical considerations, or past injuries. Movement challenges look different for everyone, including coordination struggles, joint pain, flat feet, balance issues, mobility limitations, chronic conditions, emotional barriers, and habits formed over years of inactivity.

Your training has to reflect the whole human, not just the workout.

This is why we design programs that honor your unique needs across life stages. We train youth with methods that build strength, coordination, and confidence; adults with approaches that correct imbalances and restore capability; and aging adults with strategies that support medical recommendations, joint protection, and long-term quality of life.

Our work aligns with physical therapy guidance, orthopedic considerations, emotional readiness, and the body’s natural healing patterns. PTology is part of your continuum, helping you develop, strengthen, stabilize, and move into a life that feels more capable, confident, and sustainable at any age.
